I've really been getting into eating this yogurt, oats and fruit parfait in the mornings.
It's fresh, quick and healthy.
You'll need:
steel cut oats, single serve size yogurt, your favorite berry or fruit and nuts
This really works best with steel cut oats.
Put 1/4 cup into your bowl.
Spread your favorite yogurt on top.
Add about 1/2 cup of your favorite berries.
Top with some chopped pecans or almonds.
You can eat it right away or let it sit for a few minutes to soften the oats.
I'll usually make it up and then throw in a load of laundry or make school lunches and then eat. Enjoy your mornings with this healthy start!

1/4 cup steel cut oats
1 single serve size yogurt
1/2 cup of your favorite berry or fruit
chopped pecans or almonds nuts
