Funtastic Friday #307

 Bring on Christmas!

Is that how you are feeling too?

With the year we've had, we need a little Christmas spirit.

It seems like a lot of you feel the same way too.

Christmas items are selling out at the stores already!

And holiday decor is being set up at home early this year.

How about a little holiday crafting...

Denise has created these fun burlap trees

So creative, love those little trees!

And you can also make our Christmas banner.

It's printable!

A great addition to your holiday decor and

easy to mail out to family and friends to get them into the holiday mood.

Especially great to add to a care package for someone you know

who is mostly home bound because of the Pandemic.

It's that time again...

for Funtstic Friday!

Funtastic Friday #306

 Let's talk turkey...

well, let's talk getting ready for Thanksgiving.

Are you doing something special for your table?

With all the craziness these days

and the uncertainty of who will even be able to come to Thanksgiving dinner,

we've got to make it special no matter who is there.

Stacy has a DIY project to make wood chargers for your table.

I just love how she burned wording on the boards.

Super cool and gives a modern/classic look.

Our wood cookie place cards would fit right in on that table.

Time to check out all your Thanksgiving ideas....

Handmade Ornament Ideas

At our annual girls craft party each year,
you can be sure the girls will be making an ornament as part of the festivities.
And, all the grandkids in our family make an ornament for
Grandma and Grandpa each year until they graduate from high school.
Grandma puts up a special tree or garland for all these grandkid ornaments.

We're always on the look out for new ideas.
We're rounding up some DIY ornaments for your next party or gift to give.

Funtastic Friday #305

 It's election week!

By the time this gets posted, we'll know who the next president will be,

well hopefully we'll know!

Praying for a good outcome.

How was your Halloween?

Very different this year with no trick-or-treaters where we live.

So what about all that candy we bought?

 We've been eating it!

I feel like I've got to get back on track with some healthy eating.

Nora has an easy recipe for all natural energy balls.

Making some to snack on during the week.

But first....

       It's time for Funtastic Friday

Paint By Number Project

This post contains an affiliated link.

When I was a kid,
we'd walk down to the local "5 and Dime" store
to buy a treat, get scrapbooks, stamps for our stamp collection
or "cool" supplies to create things.
I'd often pick up inexpensive, small 5x7 paint by numbers.
These were so fun to paint up.
I felt like a real artist!
