Funtastic Friday #209

Getting ready to welcome in the new year!

Light Up New Year Sign and Countdown Banner Game

Chas has a cute New Year's sign that lights up!
And a fun countdown game she made into a banner.
Great ideas of things to do as you count down each hour until midnight!

Check out the 411 on how to make this New Year Tinsel Banner and cupcake toppers.
While you're out shopping the after Christmas sales,
pick up some tinsel on the cheap!
We'll be making one for 2019!

Funtastic Friday #207

The days are counting down to Christmas!
Are your days filled with school concerts, events and parties?
Our church just hosted a community nativity display event.

Make these Christmas jars this holiday season! A gorgeous nativity scene in the form of jars that you can add holiday candles to! Plus they are oh so easy to make with Ball mason jars! #jingleballtheway #ball #masonjars #christmasNativities from all around the world.
Made from different materials, styles, sizes and colors.
Angie has a sweet idea for a nativity display made out of frosted mason jars, vinyl and a tealight is tucked inside. Love this idea!

I've finally gotten all the out of town packages mailed out!
Now just need to work on Christmas cards and wrapping!
Check out our printable tags {here} and {here}

Let's get to this week's party....

Funtastic Friday #206

I'm a wood crafter.
And am always on the look out for cute wood crafted items.

Full display of DIY Christmas Village using scrap wood on mantleAnika's Christmas village stood out to me last week.
And it's just made from scraps of wood!
Love the icicles too--
With the sharp angles and bright colors,
it made me think it could be a village from the Grinch movie.

Wouldn't it be a fun project for our annual girl's craft party!?
And I have a lot of wood scraps ;)

Here are some other kid friendly ornament crafts,
that your youngsters and tweens will be sure to love...

Now, let's get to the party
to see what other Christmas crafts, DIYs and recipes you have this week!
