This is the most requested salad at my house. You'll need:
6 oz. bag of spinach
( I added in a few leaves of red lettuce too)
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
1 container strawberries, sliced in halves
sliced almonds
Dressing:
3/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
2 Tbsp raspberry vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
This salad is great because you can add in more or take out some of the strawberries, onion or almonds according to your tastes. I've made it with spinach only or mixed spinach with other lettuces.
Mix up your dressing and set aside. Put all other ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour at least half of the dressing over the salad and toss.

I love adding fruit to salads. Strawberries are just perfect for spring! Sometimes I'll throw in an avocado when they are in season.
