I love succulents!
Maybe its from growing up in the southwest.
The small size and thick, fleshy leaves = adorable. Succulents come in different varieties and colors, are hearty, grow great in dry weather and are just so cute.
So, here are some sensational succulent projects for summer!
First up, follow this link for our {painted mason jars}.
Pick a fun summer color. I used Americana Bahama Blue,
added a few rocks to the bottom, for drainage, then soil and the plant. This is going in my kitchen window.

Build your own terrarium by following {Kristin's terrarium} instructions and use succulents instead of plants. {Floral Verde} has more terrarium ideas like the ones below.

{Lia Griffith} has some great project ideas. She uses a Cricut to cut the cactus leaves, but you can free-hand cut your own leaves.
Craftberry Bush has a tutorial for these amazing little pots of paper succulents. They look like the real thing!

I have a few succulents around my apartment, and would really like to make a mini terrarium to bring to work! Love all of these ideas; especially the framed succulents! What an interesting idea! Got my creative juices flowing! :) Thank you!
