Summer Flip Flops

Here's a fun and easy summer project to do with your girls. My daughter and her cousin made these flip flops last week and are having so much fun wearing them. First, buy some cheap foam flip flops at any craft store. I found our flip flops at Michael's for a little over $1. Then, decorate! Just cut strips of fabric. We just used what fabric scraps we have already at home. The girls had fun searching through the pile of fabric. Once your fabric is selected, cut and tie the fabric strips along the flip flop's strap with double knots. And, that's it! A fun summer project with some style.
