Tortilla Soup

Tortilla Soup

2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 can petite diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1 can green chilies (4 oz)
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves
3 cups chicken broth
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)
1 can great northern beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano flakes
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1 package chicken gravy mix
1/2 cup sour cream

Put all ingredients in a crock pot (except gravy mix). Cook on low for 4-6 hours.  30 minutes before serving, add the gravy mix.  I use this one.  
Right before serving, turn off the heat and stir in the sour cream.
Garnish with cilantro, cheddar or pepper jack or more sour cream. 
Don't forget the tortilla chips or tortilla strips on the side or sprinkled on top.
