White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

December 3 is national cookie day!

To celebrate, we'll be posting some of our favorites

and some new cookies recipes this week.

Keep checking back to find one you'd like to bake up this season.

This is a family favorite
and a crowd pleaser at cookie exchanges.
It's requested each year.

Just remember the measurement 3/4 and you'll be good ;)

You'll need:
1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup Craisins or dried cranberries

Pre-heat your oven to 350. Cream together the butter and sugars. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix. Sprinkle in the salt, baking soda and flour, mix. Fold in the white chocolate chips and Craisins. Scoop into balls and bake for 10 minutes or until slightly golden.

Delish!
