Are you planning out your Easter meals?

Don't forget breakfast!

Whether its for breakfast or for brunch,

a simple egg casserole is easy and classic. 

Plus, this is a great dish to go all veggies with eggs and leave out the meat.

that sounds delish and would save time by making the night before.
