Chocolate Peanutbutter Chip Cookies

 

You can't go wrong with the combination of chocolate and PeanutButter!

We've put them together for this quick to make cookie.

Ingredients you'll need:

1 box chocolate cake mix

1/3 cup oil

1 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

1 bag peanut butter chips

Stir together the cake mix, eggs, oil and vanilla.

Stir in the chips.

I'm using Reece's Peanut Butter Chips- 10 oz.

Use a cookies scoop.

I'm using a 1 TBSP scoop

and lining the baking sheet with parchment paper for an easy clean up.

Preheat your oven to 350

Bake for 11 minutes.

These are great if you need a cookie at the last minute.

Minimal ingredients that you can bake up quick. 

Also, a good cookie if you're making a cookie variety platter.
