This is a quick and easy cookie recipe,
perfect if you need a homemade treat last minute.
Chocolatey with a caramel center--yum!
Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup powdered sugar
1 bag Rolos chocolate (about 30 candies)
Preheat oven to 375°
Set aside the 1 cup powdered sugar in a small bowl.
Mix the cake mix, oil, eggs and vanilla with a large spoon.
Dough will be sticky.
Scoop about a tablespoon size dough and drop in sugar.
Roll around, forming a ball.
Place balls on cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
While the cookies are baking,
unwrap the foil on Rolos.
After 10 minutes, pull out cookies,
quickly press Rolos in cookie center
and put back in the oven for another 1 minute.
Let cookies cool on rack.
