White Chocolate Velvet Cookies

If you need a quick cookie for your next Christmas party,
this is it!
So easy and delicious too!

White Chocolate Velvet Cookies
1 box of Red Velvet Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Mix the eggs and oil with the cake mix.  Stir in the white chocolate chips.  Put the powdered sugar in another bowl.  With a cookie scoop, put balls of dough in the powdered sugar to coat.  Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake at 350˚ for 13-15 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.

I found this cake mix box with two velvet mixes, red and green--bonus!
I've never seen green velvet,
this will be perfect.

The dough is really sticky,
so I recommend  using a cookie scoop.
This makes the perfect sized ball of dough.
Roll it around in your powdered sugar.

You'll be able to fit 12 on a large cookie sheet.

Love the powdered sugar and crinkles in the cookies.
Turn on the Christmas music and pour a cup of milk.
These are so good!
