We can't get enough of smoothies!
Today we're sharing one of our favorites.
Super refreshing
and has all the tropical vibes of summer!
Ingredients you'll need:
1 1/2 cup Almond milk or coconut milk
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 celery stick
1 frozen banana
You can find my favorite coconut milk {here} (Sprouts carries it)
Smoothie tip- freeze your banana cut in pieces. It's easier to blend this way.
You can make your smoothie with these ingredients and it's delicious!
I like to add in a few extra healthy boots.
Collagen peptides to help with hair, skin and nails.
Turmeric for immunity and antioxidant.
Ginger has been shown to help with digestion, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and nausea.
Chia seeds- protein, fiber, antioxidants, minerals, omega 3s and nutrients.
Place everything in your blender and mix until smooth.
