Sweet and Sour Chicken

Enjoy one of our family favorites with your family tonight!  

Sweet and Sour Chicken


3 large Chicken Breasts, cut in large cubes 
1 egg beaten
1/4 Cup Milk

Preheat oven to 325.  Mix egg and milk together.  Dip Chicken chunks into egg mixture.  Roll chicken through cornstarch until evenly coated.  In a skillet, coat the bottom with oil.  Cook chicken on all sides until browned- will not be cooked all through!  Place browned chicken in 9X13 pan and cover with sauce.  Cook for 45 minutes, turning the chicken midway through.  


3/4 Cup Sugar
4 Tbsp. Ketchup
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1 Tbsp.  Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

Mix all above ingredients together until mixed well and smooth.
