Here's a quick dish, great for summer.
1 box fettuccine pasta 12oz.
1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
10 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped (OR 1/4 cup dried parsley)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
In your serving bowl, mix the eggs, garlic powder, parsley and pepper. Meanwhile, cook your pasta, adding the salt to the water. After it is cooked, drain and immediately add to egg mixture. You want the pasta hot so it will start to cook the eggs. Toss to mix. Add the cheese, mix. Add the bacon and mix. It's ready! Can sprinkle on granulated Parmesan cheese to garnish if you wish.
