Sour Cream Pancakes

These Pancakes are a family favorite.  They are creamy and light and our preference over a box mix.  

1 Cup Flour
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
 3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 Egg
1 Container or 8 oz. Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Milk

Combine dry ingredients together.  Add egg, butter, and sour cream.  Batter will be very thick.  Add milk a little at a time to thin out batter-not too thin.  Cook over griddle evenly on each side.
